Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Drunkbalance Plumbing wants all people, including people with disabilities, to be able to use drunkbalance.living. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make the site usable for as many people as we can. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are widely used standards for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support that goal, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Make the site work with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to reach a provider, or email contact@drunkbalance.living and we will do our part to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your comments on the site's accessibility. Email contact@drunkbalance.living and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Continuing Work
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
